Alexandra Cunningham is the Managing Director of CDI UK. Alex’s whole career has been in the fields of training, coaching and people development. She has 18 years consulting experience in manufacturing, service and retail. During the last 10 years she has successfully implemented the Mission Directed Work Teams Program in the United Kingdom, Europe and USA in diverse client sectors. Alex firmly believes that'Processes make it Possible but People make it Happen.'
